By using our services, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age. All information provided to us is accurate and truthful. You are legally eligible to work or seek employment under applicable U.S. immigration regulations (CPT, OPT, H1B, etc.). You understand that immigration decisions are made solely by U.S. government authorities..
Authenticity & Integrity Policy
INSC strictly maintains ethical and lawful practices. We do not support or engage in: Fake resumes Fabricated employment history Fake documentation (including OPT, CPT, H1B, or Green Card documents) Proxy interviews Misrepresentation of candidate credentials Providing false information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Pay Attention
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use.
Services & No Guarantee Clause
NSC provides career preparation and placement support services. However: We do not guarantee job placement. We do not guarantee salary level. We do not guarantee employment within a specific timeframe. We do not guarantee visa approval or sponsorship. Hiring decisions are solely made by employers. Visa decisions are solely made by U.S. immigration authorities.
Training & Placement Programs
For candidates enrolled in training or placement programs: Training schedules and curriculum are determined by INSC. Performance evaluations may include mock interviews and skill assessments. Internship opportunities, if applicable, are subject to company discretion. Participation in the program does not guarantee employment.
Payment Terms
All service fees must be paid according to agreed terms. Fees are non-transferable. Refund policies (if applicable) are governed by individual service agreements. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
INSC shall not be liable for: Visa denials or immigration issues Employment termination Employer disputes Market fluctuations affecting hiring Indirect or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
